... pilgrimage attempt to see Ellen live is about to come to an end.
We pull into Bob's Big Boy for breakfast with Bill... hmmmm... how's that for alliteration? Headache calmer, stomach eased with a light breakfast, an hour later we join Tracy who is waiting in the VIP line up for us at Warner Brothers (WB for those in the biz.)
The energy is high in the line as people tell their stories of how they got their tickets. Thus proving once again how difficult Ellen ...
... home. A few drinks across the road in the evening before heading back towards Santa Monica again to hit a couple more bars. On the Saturday we did a hop on hop off bus tour taking us through Santa Monica, Beverley hills and Hollywood. It's more like a side show alley than a regular pier, even though there were many locals fishing from the end. And people, the beach was crowded and even though the water was cold there were plenty of locals swimming. We ended our day with a brisk walk to a local movie theatre where we saw the newly released ...
