... Statford Ct a slight change, had a bit of an engine issue with one of the engines we'll have that looked at tomorrow.

It was just so nice to cruise on flat water with unlimited visibility! I read a whole book today...8 hours :-). We are at Brewers Marina they own many marinas in CT very nice place. I'll explore a bit in the morning a nice quiet night tonight.

... boaters are all so friendly, always willing to lend a hand or helpful advice.

Dinner at Moorings was very good 5 star meal, if we ever get back here request an outside seat much nicer. On our way back to the boat we decided on a drink at this really cute small bar right in the middle of a tourist walking street, met a few other boaters who filled our heads with possible harbor stops ....so much to see and do!

... t imagine how anyone could survive, sailing in such a ship, much less getting into a much smaller boat with just harpoons and knives to kill those monstrous animals. ... for my own home! The rain was still a pain in the backside but it had eased up slightly and so I decided to walk a bit of the famous Newport Cliff walk. It picked up just at the end of the road which led to the Breakers, of Bellevue Avenue and the walk backed onto many of the old and contemporary mansions. I kept coming to dead ends where the cliff walk had fallen away to erosion Which perhaps is only addressed when it reaches the perfectly green, mowed lawns and grounds ...
