    ... t like to be over taken, and wasn't. I started off at a decent pace on the flatter ground and didn't let up, very quickly I had reduced my 4layers down to just one and removed my hat. Even at my banana and coke stops I was watching who was going past me to ensure I knew the bench marks of who I needed to be over taking when I set off again.
