    Drove and stopped in Palm Springs, today to see the crazy town, which is Palm Springs we had a lovely walk around the town then had this lovely lunch in a crazy diner in the centre of town, we drove around in campy checking out all the gold clubs and beautiful green grass in the middle of the desert ! ( seriously it's insane !!! ) we then drove to a little town called acton where we met some lovely locals for our final night in campy ...

    ... ride. We walked through meadows and forests and climbed a few small rocky areas, totally amazing the experience such different terrains in a few short miles! :) it was also good to get out of the dessert heat - it was over 100 degrees! The rest of the day we spent by the pool, having s few beers, reading and trying to sort out the crazy tan lines! :). Tuesday will be an early start and quick trip into Hollywood and then the start of our Pacific Coast Highway five day tour. Whoop. ...

    David played the Hawaiian Wedding song on the ukelele as Jenny & her Dad, Bill walked down the aisle. When Rich saw Jenny step onto the aisle with her Dad....his emotion was what as a Mom felt blessed to witness. There wasn't a dry eye in the house.     The Tram ride took about 15 minutes to get to the top and i must say it was a bit precarious and certainly not for those fearful of heights, but the view in my opinion was well worth the trip.
