    After another 'roll' lunch we were taken back into town to call into the Churchill Inuit Museum, this was a large collection of Inuit carvings plus amongst others a stuffed polar bear. It was free and maintained by the Catholic Church (which was next door). It had some beautiful carvings which had presumably been collected by the missionaries.

    Emails going back and forth as we plan for the trip are always constructive. Deciding where to go and how to get there between three 1/2 people is not for the faint of heart.

    ... successful first half of Monday, the 23rd of December. We went and hung out at Polo Park to have lunch and indulge in a pastime we both like doing, people watching! There were certainly plenty of them there, rushing around frantically, loaded down with last minute Christmas shopping. It was a nice feeling to know all of my gifts were already baked, boxed or wrapped, many of them already delivered, it had been a lot of organizing, but saved my sanity at the last.
