    Orlando Theme Park Tips for Families!

    ... this is very popular and spots fill up quickly. Our suggestion is get to the park at 8:30am or earlier if you do not yet have an entry pass already and go straight to the Jedi Academy to register your child. We did this on the visit last time we were in Orlando and it worked well.

    13. Disney World – EPCOT.

    Best suited for: Older kids 9+

    ... understood why he was so keen to visit this rather substandard and definitely overpriced establishment. Then, when we arrived there, he did a very strange thing. He took off his t-shirt and put on a football shirt, and got David to take loads of pictures of him and Tom (who was already wearing a football shirt) in front of the building, just below the Crystal Palace sign.

    ... John meantime was enduring Seuss Landing with Orls. We topped it all off by heading back to Hogsmead, if it was busy before it was just wall to wall people now, we decided we would do the Harry Potter ride, even thought the wait was 60 mins, again it turned out to be less, around 40 mins and the line was so cleverly done that it didn't feel like a long wait.     We packed up the tent after a night of very little sleep (due to feeling like we were actually in the middle of a hurricane!) and decided to hit the road. Our last stop is Orlando for the next few days before flying home, so we were keen to get in as early as we could. We bid farewell to the lovely Panama City Beach and travelled along the coast, enjoying the scenery and the little towns we drove past.
