Sad to leave beautiful Kas with it's lovely warm weather and the lovely staff at the hotel and the rooftop terrace overlooking the water. Most hotels in Turkey give you a wonderful buffet breakfast with cereals, cold meats, cheeses and salads and hot eggs and other foods too.
At this hotel we had a dinner of a vegetarian buffet with bbq chicken, fish or meat, and a soup and dessert for a really reasonable price of A$12.

... straight into an island and to my horror the ring I was in started to go under, my foot was wedged up under a tree root and I thought I was going to flip upside and get stuck under the water and drown! Somehow I managed to get free and carried on down the rapids getting beached in the shallow sections like a whale on the sand and I had to roll out of my ring, move it back to the deep part and do this awkward flop into it before it drifted away from me.
