... I had done to the hostel owner for him to have sent me to this town. Then I decided to buy some fruit and head back. The kind fruit stand owner and I began talking and turns out, I needed to keep walking down one road about another 45 minutes and then I would reach the "Bajo" area which was in fact the touristy and super cute area of Frutillar. I spotted the volcano, I ate something other than bread and I left. It was cute and I was glad that I saw it but I was ...

We also found an activity we had not yet crossed on our travels- hydrospeeding. Literally body boarding through rapids down a large Chilean river. We allowed our bodies to recover on our final activity day by bathing in some beautiful thermal pools.

We will meet again one day lake and river district...

... got into a pick up truck with mountain bikes in the back and headed up to the volcano. Hmmm. This was a little different to what I had expected. I was thinking we'd be riding fat tyre bikes along nice flat roads. Alas, this was not what was in store. When we got out at the starting point (which was really bloody high up), we were given elbow and knee pads, gloves and a rather serious looking motorbike helmet. I was starting to feel a bit out of my depth. After a ...
