... at his new skill -- he had three cold wine spritzers on us waiting for Marina and I as we arrived at the table. I must admit Jacques' carbonara is the best of the best of the best, and will always get a healthy round of applause from me. As I am savoring this wonderful lunch, I am constantly reminded of how grateful, and truly happy I am to be enjoying this wonderful way of life. As with all exceptional meals on Milena, since the 1978 -- my toes curl, and my legs wiggle when ...

... coffees and Grand Marniers, whilst once again reliving what a perfect day each of us had. As we were just enjoying our quiet Dirsek evening.. the water was lapping next to the rocks at the stern of Milena. Such a peaceful and restful sound to sleep we were the soft 'snoring' of Jacques in the stern. We both quietly giggled, and continued finishing our coffee and grand marnier, starring out over the almost full-moon lit cove. Such a beautiful spot....such a perfect ...

... toward Jacques -- then immediately returned to the ladder, and warm decks of Milena. Jacques was behind me -- and the last one out of the water, having gone around the boat one time, was Marina. Marina and Jacques were very excited to show me their "new find" restaurant here. Around 8:30p the three of us took ...

... Jacques turned on the AC, and I adjourned to my "refrigerator" for the next 2-3 hours. Oh... how wonderful the air feels -- thank you mon capitan! At sunset, I returned topside, to my waiting Gin-tonic with lime. Jacques joined me, and we re-lived our day in the heat, while Marina was below making more fruit salad (bless her heart). Our dinner was filet, with Jacques' special bernaise, chilled cauliflower vinaigrette, and sliced zucchini. Ending the ...
