... Tomorrow the train to the tea plantations. Sri Lanka is beautiful. Verdant does not overstate the case. Green in a way that even the UK isn't. Back in Kandy we found Guy's recommendation for a hotel, the Olde Empire Hotel, and once inside it began to thunder, lightning and **** down once again. Mixed but brilliant weather to complement mixed but brilliant adventurous days.

Now if the wrong sorts of things would just stop ******* biting and scratching me, I'd be very happy ...
