We managed to find a tourist information centre to get a map and that headed us towards the beach where there was a castle on the beach front. Viņa was the furthest extent of our journey so we decided to take a paddle in the Pacific. I turned my back when the biggest wave going got me, a real Neil Kinnock moment!

Anyway its 11:30 and time for bed. Up early tomorrow for the trip back to BA.

The city has a bit of a dilapidated look to it with many old buildings in disrepair and plenty of graffiti and murals (most of which are really cool). The only Sunday we had in Chile we decided to take a bus to Valparaiso and Vina del Mar.  After lots of research during the first week we didn´t see the need to take a tour, and decided that we could do it all ourselves - our first DIY tour.  This turned out to be a great decision.  We metro´d to the bus station, used our new found Spanish skills to buy a return ticket with ease, and got onto the bus.  Going to and from Vina del Mar, then taking the ...
