The daughter and son-in-law live in Santiago and wrote down several important sights for us to see, as well as restaurant suggestions. He also gave us his cell phone number and email in case we needed help………again, such wonderful, kind people.

We don’t just eat. Honestly. We have been to the Fonck Museum (boring) and we ...

However after checking with the guy in the rental office he suggested taking the tunnel which started just a couple of bridges down the river. So in no time we were out and heading out along the Casablanca valley. There are vineyards all along the route to the coast but we decided not to stop as we wanted to get to the coast.
