We are loving the touring holiday; the drives have been fantastic – awesome mountains, rocky bits, deep valleys, turquoise coast. Then there are the old things. We have wandered through 300BC Greek ruins, updated through Roman times and incredibly intricate and huge. Onto Neolithic ruins, 9000 – 3500 BC! These are mud brick buildings buried over time and excavated. There are ruins and well preserved sites everywhere. ...

... weary of all the waving back at people, it was clear that we would not find a pension in any of the small villages and the city was too far away. Looking for our camping place we were apparently seen by the farmer, who came to look us up. Not to send us away but to show is how to make a campfire and to invite us for tea the next morning.

Happy we fell asleep in our cosy tent.

It's such a perfect day, I'm glad I spend it with her!

... started to see kunefe shops everywhere. And the pastanesi was packed with Turkish people enjoying huge plates of kunefe.
