    ... stones, two kidneys and a beating heart. A drip and intravenous fluids are declined (blood pressure is low) and the prescription is issued along with a bill for two hundred Turkish lira.     Well we were very surprised when we arrived to find so many apartment blocks full of British holidaymakers spending their two or three week yearly vacation in the sun in Fethiye or Oludeniz or Ovacik!
