We had breaky with Clara and Helene while Teresa was out droving the teenage cows. It was lovely chatting with them both! Unexpectedly we were advised to get the van out before the road collapsed. So we quickly packed up and followed Clara out to safety. Finally we headed to the funicular to ride up to Hohensalzburg. The views up here in the fortress ...

... there, we chatted and I was so pleased to get to know her. My grandparents certainly know how to pick their friends. :)

After lunch, I went back to SC to rehearse my piece for today with Dr. Germain and study a little before we all clumped into a group and walked over to the performance venue. Today: vocal midterms!

Each person sang a German art song, and the concert went very well. ...
