Yesterday we had our 'excursion' to Capri. It sounded very special but we found it to be an anticlimax to what we had expected. Capri was an overpriced, unkept and busy town full of tourists and pretty expensive shops...and we think our tour guide had struggled to get out of bed and to the tour on time. ... I was very proud of myself. I took a picture of the smiling Capitano.

I am just relaxing now in my room writing my blog. I will walk to Amalfi here in a bit to check it out, buy some water and get something to eat. It is a beautiful day here. My room in this hotel is small, but clean and comfortable....and has a great view. I am all about the view.

Ciao for now. On to the next adventure....

The girls loved the crispness of the water and it was hard to drag them away. Before we decided to climb the steps back home we quickly went into the ...

... to come together and as we continued to work it it began to form a dough. We had to make sure we didn't stir for too long or add too much water otherwise our crust would have been chewy. Once we thought our dough was ready a "real" pie maker came along and either approved our it or helped us to fix it. Then while the dough was resting and rising we had a cheese ...
