... police. There was a lovely young woman there, an interpreter, who does work there and the hospital. As Sam spoke Italian we did not really need her, but she was very sweet. We met an American couple, he had his wallet stolen on Monday, with all his cards and license etc, but they only had €400 stolen before they got all the cards cancelled.

... We walked 1,000 steps from the Porto to the train, back to S.Agnello where I grabbed a doppio and chatted to the cafe owner. We caught up with everyone on the terrace over lots of drinks and conversations about our homeland idiosyncrasies and enjoyed cheap pasta/pizza at Ciao Toto in the centre piazza late in the evening. ... I could think about. I forced myself to leave the cafe and walk around some more. Finally, I could not stand it anymore and sat at the bus stop for nearly an hour and a half.
