    ... Point. I was looking for a place to stay overnight. Instead, I found a lighthouse. For me, the highlight of the day came right at the end of the day. This came in the form of Dunnottar Castle. Wow what a place.

    ... The result of a lot of money and 12 months of planning: finally reality connecting with planning via computer in a dark room. I woke up early (sunrise is 4.30 or so) and set out to take a photo. It was almost perfectly still, reflecting this oddly symmetrical and isolated lighthouse with an ok sunrise.     bus ride back was coach style. so many people. i'd make a crack about people/jobs but it was all retirees. except the skinny minny who sat next to me. despite making sure I was on my side only (sometimes the man shoulders cross the invisible line) she kept smacking me with her elbows while texting. my favourite moment was when she sneezed on me.     ... been as ok as I am over here if I couldn’t call my dad if my card had buggered
    itself. Or if I didn’t know how to cook something. Or just to talk.
    Anyway, after a lovely talk with jiya (which I wont talk too
    much about bcause that would be weird), I am lucky to say…I still have her.
