    ... we drove to our hotel where we were staying near the Tyne River. And then we walked over the Millennium bridge that goes over the Tyne. We had a walk around town where there were lots of All Black supporters.

    ... right opposite the stadium. Had one beer there then it was time to head in (after the girls ravaged all our left over fish and chips!). The stadium was so much more Awesome than I had expected. From TV you can only see the small stand. But beyond this all the stands go up about three or four tiers.     ... in plenty of time, whereupon we joined 50000 springbok fans and the 5000 scots who weren't too cheap to shell out the big coin, in watching a great battle and an amazing Scottish try.     Drove about 40 miles (70k) to this castle. It was commenced in the 1300's and moved into by a family in early 1400's. It had an extension / remodel about 400 yeas ago. The original owners were caught out ripping off the government so a few of them had their heads removed. A while later another family purchased it and still have it. Wasn't allowed to take pics inside because they still live in it. By the time we got back it was too late for anything ...
