      ... and probably colder temperatures. I'm about ready for summer already, but it'll be at least a couple weeks before it starts warming up.

      ... other and hung out with everyone until dark. It was a very festive atmosphere with so many people there.

      The last push to Neel Gap was both a great hike and pretty punishing. The day dawned clear and nice, which made for nice hiking, but it did get warmer, especially on the most challenging part: Blood Mountain.       ... called Mountain Crossing that sells pizza and coffee so I quickly changed my mind. I ended up staying here in the hostel, it's supposed to pour tonight so I couldn't pass up the opportunity for a dry bed.       ... recently got accepted to med school at Auburn, so it was cool talking with him about how he got there. We got to Stover Creek shelter (about 2.8 miles) around 4:30 in Monday and made some dinner. Trying to sleep the first night was pretty ************ly was the shelter packed in with about 15 people (most of whom snored) but I was also really excited for the next day.
