... Et stort firkantet rum bygget af store glatpolerede granitblokke. Rummet er tomt bortset fra en stensarkofag i den fjerne ende mod vest. Den er også af granit, der er hentet nede ved Aswan. Sarkofagen er for stor til at den har kunnet komme ind af den snævre indgang, så den må være bygget ind i rummet fra starten ! - Jeg havde næsten 10 minutter for mig selv på dette meget specielle ...

The drive was just over 3 hours from Port Said to Cairo with our guide giving us all sorts of snippets of information as we travelled. We had expected to see desert and not much else, but most of the way was developed in some way. Lots of stalls on the side of the road selling papaya, watermelon, mango and melons.
