    ... Watching the huge barges go by, the fishing boats nearer shore and checking out the driftwood beach with the dogs. The vistas and atmosphere of this park were outstanding. The following day was on to the highly rated Seven Feathers RV Park in Canyonville, OR.

    ... the mesas in Colorado, and everywhere in between, we found beauty in the surroundings and in the people. We are thankful that we had no mechanical problems as we saw everything that we had hoped and so much more.

    It feels a little odd to be home after these two months on the road. We have many new memories from the road, and we are thankful that we have been able to share them along the way with family and friends via this blog. Thanks for reading.

    Rode NW from Portland this morning for 60 miles to catch up with an old friend of Willy's. Had lunch at Camp 18 - a restaurant out in the middle of nowhere. All built from Douglas Fir milled at the local Mill.. What a fantastic place....     ... swimmers at the swimming pool entrance. When I went to take a picture at the pool, I found a lovely playground made of smooth concrete and metal artwork. I decided to stop and have breakfast since it was noon by this time.
