... take a photo!
Dinner last night was at the same restaurant we're at today, Aroma (not to be confused with Aroma Café in Perth or on campus!) and which I have also had the most enormous piece of chocolate cake served in an ocean of chocolate sauce syrup.
In the photo you can also see the backgammon/chess board that was a joint purchase between Andrew and Bronte. The concentration at the table was fierce
... drive (Andrew did an amazing job though!) and after a short rest, walked the 200 metres to the port. We sat with the cool people (Andrew's tracky daks getting only a few stares!) and had a coffee called a Freddo Cappuccino. Fabulous.

I went to Crete in 2011. We lived in an old white house about 20 minutes outside Chania. While there we rented a car and drove all over the island. I saw the most beautiful beach and we had lovely food and company. The smell of thyme and olives that you just get in Greece is also the most amazing smell. I don't know what else to write other than that i fell in love with Crete as well as i have fallen in love with the rest of Greece.
I got some pictures as well.
