... hot tub. Being that this is placed on the back deck of the boat, where it's quite windy, the kids enjoyed themselves in the hot tub. The hot tub was full but Annie walked right up and climbed right in. Oh, how I want her courage. Eventually, everyone left and Nick &amp; Annie had it all to themselves. ... a wakeup!! IT WAS AMAZING. This is what I had come to see!!! There were all sorts of artefacts buried with the ships and that were also amazingly preserved such as sleds, carts, pots and jewellery-even remains of textiles were found. Interesting to note that like the pyramids in Egypt the viking tombs had been plundered of many items. Probably not long after the burials. Had dinner at Egons with Fran from the tour. Early nigth for me tonight!

London is cheap in comparison, and who would have thought anyway would say that? Scandinavia in general is expensive but I think Norway has the edge over it's counterparts. Wenn man schon Norwegen bereist, dann doch bitte auch die Hauptstadt. Eine quirlige schoene Stadt mit vielen tollen Ecken und gemuetlichen Cafés, die aber wie so gut wie alles in Norwegen viel zu teuer waren. Also chillt man sich lieber mal ans Meer oder sonst wohin.
