... the Herbert Hoover Library, we are headed for Missouri Valley, IA. Weather has been wonderful, and we are hoping that the weather won't turn ugly as we head West.

The kids came over for breakfast today. We had pancakes and bacon. It was quite a coach full with Sheila, Lisa, Izzie, Dave, Mousse, and I. Not much room to move around. After the vet visit, we headed to Lisa and Dave’s. We had a chance to babysit Izzie until Lisa came home. Once Lisa got home we headed to the coach for dinner.

A buca-wich is basically a long sub bread with the top end clipped off and the middle cored out; then the middle is filled with a choice of meat. In our case, we chose the meatball version ... delicious!
