... Amana RV Park and Event Center is a large park with over 400 plus sites. There is a rally for New Horizon, a 5th wheel manufacturer from Kansas next week so many are here early to get a good spot.

The Amana Furniture and Clock factory was one of my favorite stops. The quality of craftsmanship is very evident and we watched several men working on furniture from a viewing area. ...

Yesterday, Mike turned 65. He is officially a Senior Citizen. It's hard to believe it was all those years ago, we were just a couple of kids, going to the dance at the Pine Grove Pavilion in Portsmouth. Now, here we are, closing in on the first major destination of our journey, Yellowstone National Park. Tomorrow we pull out and head towards Lincoln, Nebraska. ...

... very accommodating and Fox got the whole fluff and puff treatment.

On our way back to Amana, we came to some unscientific, but obvious conclusions. Nine out of ten vehicles we passed were pickup trucks. Two out of five roads we drove on were unpaved and dusty.

No matter where you look, there's a corn field.

Bye for now and stay ...
