Sure and begorrah Officer Buckley was a most professional and gorgeous Irishman, with a twinkle in his eye, even as he was all business.

The manager of the resort and head of security also dropped in and were extrememly gratious- compensating us even further with dinner tonight in their 5 star restaurant, and an innkeepers compensation of ...

Packing for Cork

... the bus and go to Cork City and we have the whole afternoon to site see on our own. Hailey and I were thinking of going on a tour of a distillery that's in the area or possibly just walking around and checking out the beautiful Irish countryside! Then we'll get back with the group after dinner to go to the pubs and night clubs. On Sunday I think we are supposed to go on a walking tour ...

Limerick and a free hotel room

... of Moher is dug into the hills like a Hobbit's house. Since it was St Patricks day there were local children doing irish dancing in the foyer. The wind almost blew us down the hill as we walked in the sunshine to the various lookout points. The cliffs were stunningly beautiful. Large barriers and stone walls prevented people from getting too close to the edge, but quite a lot of people blatantly ignored them. We continued down to the city of Limerick, passing through to find ...

Last Day

... I think it was more important for me to get to know the community and the people first. So maybe in the future I can do the video. I think perhapse it may also be more important for me to do the travel videos because my travels have been based on meeting the locals. I've met so many great people here that makes this trip all worth it. Cheers!

Irish folklore essay on the Merry Wake

... Irish Folklore, devoting nine entire pages of questions just to the heading "The Wake." This man, known as the 'borekeen' (or boreheen, bórachán, etc), was helped by his 'hardy boys' or 'prime lads', and the primary ...
