    ... the 8:30 am choir practice early to present cards and gifts of appreciation from everyone to the choir director, his wife, and the choir pianist.     ... morning from Roy Fouch, on Death & Dying. I had about three pages of notes, and it was hard to keep up, because there was a lot of material. I wrote up my notes again afterward, because there were two people who were unable to either be there or take notes. There were various game booths set up, where you could earn tickets for tossing a ball into a goal, bursting balloons with darts, taking part in a scavenger hunt, playing bingo, working a jigsaw puzzle, or getting your face painted.
