Our first day in San Francisco today, and straight on a tour to Alcatraz. The bay was really foggy so unfortunately we couldn't see the Golden Gate Bridge during either ferry ride, but was still nice. Alcatraz was interesting, going through the whole history of military fort, military prison, federal prison and the political involvement with the American Indian occupancy.
