    It was a pretty exhausting day today. We only rode 85 miles but the majority of it was on this horibbly gravelly road that just killed our speed. The ride was hard but when we got to Richland and we had an awesome friendship vist with the arc of the tri cities.     I know, I know, we should have stayed home, snuggled against the cold and snow, but...it's my birthday and we thought we should go somewhere and celebrate. Not quite the truth, but here's how it happened:

    Traveling Solo:
    * is o.k...
    * but, it's nice to have someone to share your experiences with
    * you only have yourself to please
    * it can be boring at times

    ... got back into the airport and 15 minutes later were reboarding, they had to go through the whole spiel again, interesting. So many people missed their connections it was rather sad and very stressful for them.
