I know that I have not blogged in quite a while -- to my defense, all of my pictures were on a camera that I had no software to upload with in Italy -- but I thought it necessary to give one last post, so excuse the excessive amount of cliches you are about to read.

Long day but colors of fall were out in force. Now we are in Pennsylvania.

On back roads! Last night I took a chance and downloaded the Google Maps mobile app. I've given up on Apple's map program. After using the Google mobile app all day I'm impressed. With Google you can set the route to avoid freeways. The mobile app has a voice feature just like Apple, or Garman. ...

... The idea of Williamstown has intrigued me since.

And with pretty good reason - now that I’ve visited I think Williamstown is one of the prettiest small towns in New England and Williams College, with its strong academic reputation, attractive campus, and great location in the mountains of western Massachusetts, would be a really idyllic place to go to school.
