... strawberry and caramel ice cream in the middle with chocolate topping and sprinkles on the donut - was so good! After that we walked through Central Park for a bit and went to the Central Park zoo. Then we headed to Yum Yum Too for dinner which is a Thai place. It was really good and recommended by our tour guide. Then we headed back to the hotel for a bit and waited for it to come dark so we could go to the Empire State Building ...
... really see everything in a day or two. We focused on some areas of personal interest like Arms & Armor, Egypt, and Impressionist art. After our morning at the Met, we were ready for some serious food. We had been tempted by Luke's Lobster earlier in the trip but could never quite make it work. The naked Stars and Stripes were nowhere to be seen, not surprisingly given that it was now 8 degrees and bitingly cold. We could have taken the subway, but opted to walk back to Central Park. Get the cocoa out!
