... strawberry and caramel ice cream in the middle with chocolate topping and sprinkles on the donut - was so good! After that we walked through Central Park for a bit and went to the Central Park zoo. Then we headed to Yum Yum Too for dinner which is a Thai place. It was really good and recommended by our tour guide. Then we headed back to the hotel for a bit and waited for it to come dark so we could go to the Empire State Building ...

But it was an early start as we had to pack and had left going up the Rockefeller till today as the weather was meant to be, and luckily was amazing and clear. Wow the view from the top was insane, Central Park looked so random and pleasing amongst all the high ...

... back out to brave the elements and find a sensible supper. Another Italian feast was the solution - a shared lasagne and salad. The crowds were still teeming in, on and around Times Square, including the semi-naked cowboy hiding his modesty with a guitar. The naked Stars and Stripes were nowhere to be seen, not surprisingly given that it was now 8 degrees and bitingly cold. We could have taken the subway, but opted to walk back to Central Park. Get the cocoa out!
