          ... again to the pool for more training. Just over two weeks until the Hawaii Ironman competition so now is certainly not the time to relax. I can sense her excitement and obviously see for myself her level of commitment. Really admire her for her discipline and constant effort.
          I finally (after a little nagging) got to see some of their wedding photos and then Peder was off downstairs working hard in his gym. He is keen to increase his level of fitness ...

          ... way to the bakery and had a coffee and cake with Peder. Feels like a treat being looked after in this way. I still feel such a connection with Peder and smile when I hear him sometimes talking a bit like an Aussie; although I'm sure he doesn't realise he's doing it.

          ... quietly keep it in for our future memories :)

          So off we went with an expected roughly 4 hr drive to Arendal. Made slower by rain and roadworks but all was ok. We stopped and bought a small and medium sized flavoured milk at a service station...hmmmm we were pretty shocked when we checked the conversion later on and found this was just under ten Aussie dollars!

          Finally at 6 we arrived at Peder's parents ...

          ... because the stream of urine, under huge pressure, fountained up at least three times as high as the height of the small boy.

          At Risør, it was horrendously expensive for all of us to get in to the little harbour area where the boats were. Having paid our money, we discovered it only allowed access to a small area, which we could have missed out and not have noticed. Anyway, we chalked it up to experience and enjoyed ...
