Mercedes, BMW Lamborgini you name it they are there. Beaches look beautiful but not sure of the sand... lots of very organised beach umbrellas all in rows and all the same colour, I think you have to hire them. The hotels are amazing very ...

There was nearly a riot on the train last night. It was late so when it arrived that there were double the amount of people trying to get on it to get home. We were squashed in so tight that when we went around bends we didn't need to hang on to anything as other people held us up and we all swayed together. You could hardly breathe and the temperature sky rocketed. On the train, there was a representative of the train company, the fat controller or ...

... friends, talked to them about our going to Macinario (at the tip), and wait for the weather before making our dash. Our way up to Macinario outlook was very good... so all thought we should go there, and continue our wait to cross. Stephen's port friends, were there to assist us in the unbelievable exit. With their help, our exit was very diffificult, because of the shallowness, and width, but with a line shore, pulling us to the port (left), and a man ...

In closing, my experience in the French Riviera was brilliant. It was warm, buzzing, exciting, ritzy and full of surprises...including the most incredible risotto in all of France in a cafe at the beach. Plus, as an added bonus, very efficient postal service according to my partner! See you soon Nice...I enjoyed you the first time, I loved you the second time...I think I will adore you the third and other times to come!!
