After a 45 minute slow crawl, we were greeted by Colleen's cousin, Karen, and spent the evening catching up with she and her husband, Rob. We sat out in their lovely, private backyard and enjoyed a drink before ordering up dinner from a local eatery. It's good to land in one place for a few days.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel in the past few months. I was traveling from the west to the east to visit family and it took me through Kalamazoo both times. When I was planning my trip back I did not hesitate to reserve a room at this hotel due to the service I received on my first visit. The staff were great and the free breakfast is a great bonus!
