I have been meaning to post this for some time . . .

When we first met Addy, we were given a very special book with pictures of her when she was at the orphanage. Inside this book, we saw a glimpse of her life there, include the nannies that cared for her. We often wonder if she misses them and if ...

Hello! Hope everyone had a relaxing and fun July 4th. We sure did!

Before we get into the July 4th fun, I'll give a quick update on her kidneys. We went to the urologist last Thursday for a quick exam. Had lunch at another supermarket at Central Market where you could select salads and meats meats through to pizzas and soups then eat in a central cafe area. A different concept to what we have in Australia. First up in the morning we also dropped into a Farmers Market at Coppell where they have tried to recreate an historic village setting. We bought banana flavoured walnuts which were later made into muffins. Very ...

After having to alter my planned itinerary because I'm an idiot and forgot some gear at my friend's house I got to see him again one last time before I took off. I'm kind of glad it happened that way because I always enjoy spending time with my true friends and one last night of fun is always appreciated. The last stop before actually heading out was an oil change and tune up and then off I went. ...
