    Day 1 started off at 8:00 AM after our morning rituals. Our plan was to hike as many miles as we could, but to stop at a shelter. It had been raining most of this month and last month so the trail was muddy and had plenty of creek crossings, even though every review I read stated the creek crossing were dried up.     TUESDAY 7/15-Boring drive down from South Bend only saw CORN or SOY. Got to the Campground and what a gorgeous day....In the mid 70's, sun warm and cool breeze and enjoyed opening the windows in the motorhome. There aren't many campgrounds in this area so we had to stay on the Indiana side of the Ohio River.
