... to Miami went off without a hitch and we arrived 15 mins earlier than scheduled. I knew I was heading to Miami when a Jimmy Buffett lookalike was in my row! Once I arrived in Miami, I picked up my bag and checked into the rental car counter. First impression of Miami: Spanish is the main language. Seems like everyone has a spanish accent and mumbles just enough so I can't understand them. More on this later, but back to ...

... it there, lets just say it was an epic big night. Didn't get home until the sun was up!!! I had a blast. Sunday was a ride off, we stayed in bed all day and watched the Soccer, Greece lost, Sue was devastated. We watched True Blood and packed as Danielle and I were flying out to Rio the next evening. ... the reasons we needed a car for the stay in Miami.

We arranged to meet in a Chili's at West Palm Beach. Chili's is not 'fine dining' by any means, but a nice experience in a very American setting. Family groups, a mixture of all races and types of people, no tourists (apart from us, of course). American sports on the TVs at the bar, Noisy and lively but with good, friendly and efficient service.

... the depth of the ocean is only around 3,500 feet. It had been around 18,000 feet. It's sunny and gorgeous weather today, really only our 2nd nice day all month! The guests are all using the chaise lounges by the pool. The lady who walked through the dining room in her swimming suit didn't get the memo, apparently. Not nice.  Been taking it easy this morning, but this afternoon we have magic at 3, tea at 4 and trivia at ...
