... see Miami. Of course we got lost because Miami has lots of bridges! So we saw the poorer areas but also ended up on a beautiful quiet beach.

It was a quick stop in Miami but certainly a nice way to start the holiday!

          Top 3 things:
          - Sunrise over South Beach with the seagulls
          - The gallery of Peter Lik: www.lik.com
          - The motorride we did on an old scooter which allowed us to see more of the city.

          Next stop Costa Rica!

Another thing was that I’d actually thrown my backpack away (didn’t want to pay the luggage fees for three of my flights) so was I actually a backpacker anymore or just homeless?!! Without an official living place back home it crossed my mind quite a lot, but more on that later.

A quick tripadvisor search told me that there were ...

Saturday night after arriving in Miami, we went out clubbing as one does when they are in Miami. Fran had heard that one of her favourite performers (Drag Queen) was at this club so we went and watched the shows & Fran even got to meet this great big black dude who apparently is another on of her favourite Drag Queens from the show " Ru Paul's Drag Race " she was over the moon & we both danced ...
