... where there are 21 locks in a 2 mile stretch wih a 215ft. We had to fix our crampons and ice axes to cover this section. We didn't find a coffe shop but managed to find a pleasant pub for a shandy and filter coffee. ... 15m long and catching a fish weighing about 2oz and feeling great about it!!!!!

We finished today in glorious sunshine.

Thanks to Dennis and Linda for the use of their caravan, and Dennis joining me both days. Sue and Chris for their help and support.
