The new management is working as fast as they can to make this place perfect. I'm guessing by the time anyone reads this it will be.

Great hotel, gorgeous rooms, excellent staff and stunning rooftop restaurant to have breakfast in. Plus great location tucked away by the river in walking distance to everywhere!

brilliant hotel. They couldn't be more helpful. They organised whatever we wanted for no commission at sensible prices and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was clean (even after the torrential rain) and cool. The rooms were especially large and the air conditioning was quiet and efficient. The hotel is under 10 mins walk to the main market (Psaa Char) and 20 mins (less by the tuk-tuks positioned outside) to Pub Street. The advertised pool however, was less than inviting. The top floor restaurant was lovely- nice views, indian cuisine beautifully cooked.

Another fantastic day! We were up at 3:45 am to meet the group at 4:30 am to get out to Angkor Wat for the sunrise. It was lightly drizzling when we left and unfortunately there really wasn't much of a sunrise because of the heavy cloud cover. However, it was still quite magical to see the towers of Angkor Wat emerge from the darkness. There were …

Today was an amazing day! I can't believe how lucky we are to be here and to see these wonderful sights. We were up early as usual (I have been waking up early and been unable to get back to sleep since our holiday started - I hope one day to get a full night's sleep!). Breakfast is included here and we went up to the 6th floor rooftop restaurant …

Just a very quick update before bed. We met in the lobby a bit after 6:30 (it seems someone is always late) and then we walked along the river into the tourist area of Siem Riep called "Pub Street". It was a pleasant walk, it seems the rain has cooled things off a bit. The town is very touristy, of course, but it is still quite small and it was …

Greetings from Cambodia! It's about 5 pm and we have some free time before we meet our group at 6:30 for an orientation walk into town and dinner. It has been a long travel day. We left our hotel in Bangkok this morning at 6 am, then drove for an hour and a half or so before stopping at kind of a gas station/rest stop where we got some delicious …

After settling into our room, we were off to explore Siem Reap on foot...the whole town is completely walkable, and one can even walk out ...
