Beach bum life! Today we spent the entire day on the beach. We rented lounge chairs and umbrellas and relaxed. It was a refreshing day. Jayden, the youngest of the group, went crazy between the beach and pool. It was hard to pull him away to get ready for dinner. It was also Michelle's birthday! The family went out to dinner and ice cream to celebrate. After a few of us went out for birthday drinks. We kept it relatively chill since we have an early morning for a day trip to ...

Friday we headed over to Puerto Banus to Steve and Ann's apartment for a BBQ after we had Sam run us to the local supermarket so we proud re stock Ellisa with all the liquids and heavy goods we needed for next few weeks. ... morrocan, it has very narrow streets, woven around squares with tinkling foutains and green verdant spaces with shuttered houses seemingly asleep in the hot sun. Its deep shadows and quiet alleys provide real peace and quiet from the buzzing town grown outside of this once fortified muslim town. There is more than one lovely church here to peep inside and abundant orange trees grow everywhere.

Puerto Banus is where all the money is in Marbella, its harbour is ...

    Trip to Ronda

A travel blog entry by jenbowen on Jun 22, 2014

Left home just after 9am and drove for 2 hours to Ronda which is on top of the mountains. It was a hairy drive with very windy roads all the way, Julie drove today and she is a lot faster than Gareth, we were actually glad when we arrived in Rhonda.

Ronda is a spectacular place and again photos do not do it justice. We saw the Old Roman Style Baths which are from th ...
