    Another bright sunny day, so we decided to use the campsite machine and wash all our bedding and towels - unfortunately when you are away for a longish time the washing really mounts up!
    After a leisurely lunch we packed up and headed for Plasencia,8kms away to deal with that other necessity - food!

    The cliff opposite the Mirador viewing point was covered with nesting and roosting Griffon Vultures and the air was full of them too.


    With help we saw - Griffon vultures, Black vultures, Black Storks with babies, a Peregrine Falcon, a Blue Rock Thrush, ...
