... room isn't made up for with any sort of excitement in regards to old stories of inmates or things that went on. To top it off the dinner was a bit basic to. ... were ringing. We got back on the bus and headed to Lucern. Holy amazing. As we approached we saw the mountain we were going to go to the top of. They said it looked like "cat ears". I will make sure I put a picture of that up! Jackie Keiser told me Lucern was a must....she was so right! We made a stop at the Lion monument and took plenty of picture. ... after, but we did look at some coo-coo clocks. Then on the way back to the hostel we treated ourselves to some gelato/sorbet. It was delicious, but even better than that, it was cold.
Back at the hostel we napped and relaxed, trying to escape the heat of the day. Our room is not air-conditioned, however, so we met with marginal success. During our rest time, a parade of men in old fashioned military uniforms marched by drumming, and later the church bells ...
