    ... as there had been some changes. I shut my eyes (not asleep-I was just tired and didn't want to have to deal with all the 'happy new year' greetings that were about to start and a few minutes later I hear my name being called on the loud speaker. They went through (the wrong) gates only a few metres behind me!!!! You would think someone would notice the western girl sitting there completely alone in the departure lounge and guess it was the missing passenger? Nope... but I made the flight ...

    ... then, the image, is considered miraculous and is worshiped as a representation of the son of god himself. Adorned with gold and precious stones, the image rests, with all the visitors waving to the son of god...

    And hence comes an end to our short trip... we again managed to grab some Lechon, just outside the departure terminal of the Cebu airport, to ensure our senses remember the flavour of Cebu for a few days more...

    ... the captain decides. Finally the ticket seller came to us and told us the captain would be bringing the ferry into the dock that was "broken". Leo was in his element watching the trucks, cars and vans get loaded onto the ferry that we couldn't go on.
