... is staying over in the same hotel tonight and is coming to Yokohama with us to show us the sights before we sail on Sunday. She is great company and doing so well with both her written and spoken English - much better than the poor attempts at Japanese that we have. ... and having a great time watching everyone else clamoring for the perfect snap as well. It was really fun to see some of the creative angles and very artsy selfie poses taking place all over the park. By the time we were done we checked our watches and realized that if we hurried we could catch the fish market in full swing since when we were there for the auction things in the regular area hadn’t opened yet so we headed back to the metro and made our way once again ...

... It was so serene with the moss and rocks around the well.
    - Best part of the gardens!: As we were walking around the lake looking at the Koi fish, an elderly gentleman called me over nearby. It looked like a popular hangout spot because there was several elderly men holding very large cameras. He gave me a peanut and motioned for me to hold my hands out. I was unsure of what was going to happen, bu then a little wee ...
