    ... out the bathrooms and they were pretty filthy. It smelt like sauerkraut. Not very pleasing.

    We thought we would explore the town. We checked out the Black gate and then the DOM and lady of our church. It was nice.

    After this we went for dinner and went to the potato house. I got the potato gratin with ham and mushroom, and Maggie got the salad.

    ... Tower lights under a full moon, have been everything I hoped for with this trip. It took a little delay and a three hour train ride to get in to Brussels. We haven't been to the centre of the city yet, we are in our hotel which is ten minutes out of it. The streets here seem a little cleaner than in France and there is A LOT more English.     Luxembourg has an immense treasurebox of arts to show. Part of the reason of is it its (fading) wealth, other part is the tax system: international bands who start or end their tour in Luxembourg can pay their entire Europe tour according to attractive Luxembourgish taxation law.
    Abbaye Neumünster has few open air concerts in the summer - probably a hassle for those who live nearby but for me an amazement. I was so happy to see Massive Attack again. The ...

Some people called it a night earlier, but Elliot and I went to a nearby bar after the music came to an end. The bar was pretty trendy, and we were the only Americans there.
