When we arrived in Lipno we were a little bit early so we stopped by to watch and get ready.
We watched the ski field, yes we are going skiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing.
Well I am going snowboarding, well not today, we just hired them.

But the next day we went snowboarding and it was so much fun, but I stacked lots.
So the next day was super because I got a strategy. It is to pretend the snow is chocolate ...

At Lipno we did awesome, fun, fantastic snowboarding.

We are doing it for 5 days.

Riley and I did snowboarding. Mum, Dad and Zara did skiing.

I started off bad. But I got better.

I go so fast down the hills that Dad can't catch me.

We had a day break so ...

Our stay in Lipno, southern Czech Republic was an exciting, action packed week.
The accommodation has been maybe the best so far. A spacious apartment with an open gas fire, and a sauna, that is so nice after a days skiing, and the best part is that the chairlift is only a short 100m walk away.

We bought a 5 day skipass and day one started with getting used to chairlifts and familiarising everyone ...

Today we journey from Salzburg to Prague. This gave us the opportunity to witness the Mauthausen Concentration Camp. I'm honestly numb. It overwhelms your soul. It's one thing to see footage and photos and relics of the camps, but it is a whole other thing to actually step inside one and retrace the day-to-day and final steps of the countless thousands who died there. It's impossible to fathom that no single square millimetre of this place was ...

Well what a beautiful day. This is our last day and town in Germany. Germany has so much history and the towns in the Bavarian Provence are beautiful and especially the smaller ones, but very similar. We didn't do the tour this morning and just wandered around, very small alleys with the usual cobblestones. The weather started off rainy but better as the day wore on and the top deck we could now use as the bridges and locks ...
