Anschließend sind wir noch über einen Schokoladenladen gestolpert, der ein Schoko-Weihnachtswunderland im Schaufenster hatte und wieder zuhause eingekehrt. Die Planung für Sonntag stand ja noch an und es gab da so eine verrückte Ausstellung, die eventuell in Mailand wäre... War sie dann auch, wir haben uns einen Keks gefreut und sind mit der Vorfreude nach Navigli, einer Art Ausgehviertel mit kleinen Kanälen. Richtig ...
First Stop
... at Osteria dei Poeti. The food was delicious, fresh and good. The hostesses were very attentive and it was evident that they took pride in their food and atmosphere. We recommend it.
Enjoy the photos of Milan and our “entry” into vacation mode. A couple of times (you’ll see in some of the photos), I got a very Parisian hit (only compliments meant both for Paris and Milan).

...But Where'd the Turkey Go??
... of walnuts and blue cheese - two of the things that I've not had a lot of since coming to Italy.
We had long pauses between the courses, which in a way was nice since we had time to digest the previous course and not get entirely stuffed too soon... though I do love Thanksgiving when you are absolutely starving after fasting all day and just need to eat as much as you can as quickly as you can... hah!

Day 15: The Last Supper
... which is a phenomenal opera place here at Milan. I was impressed by the singers vocal chords. Who wouldn't like to listen to a group of opera singers after viewing the Last Supper. I know everyone would specially since the weather is cool and breezy which makes you want to be outside listening to great singers. ...
