Today we caught the train from Frankfurt to Friedberg to pick up the van. It was late being available and we got out of the hire company's yard at about 6 pm. We then drove to Laubach about 40 km NE for our first night in the van. The friendly manager met us on arrival, and sorted things out for us, even ringing the local pub to stay open so we could get a meal.

Well, we made it into Germany, and have had a really great time here so far.. Sorry the pictures on my last post were so blurry, I have been having difficulties with the WiFi on my phone and so have had to use the tablet. Germany is a beautiful country and I have loved it so far. We left the Netherlands on Saturday morning and traveled to Dortmond Germany where we met up with two of Rachel's friends for the weekend.
