... place. Plenty of tourists here. The small village is also a nice place for walking.

There are plenty of parks in Vilnius, all are very beautiful and i spent many hours wandering through the parks. The walk up the hill to see the 3 crosses was hard, but short. It's also home to a tiny ethnic and religious sect called the Karaites, and we visited a separate museum about their ...

Anyone who is sick of me talking about castles should probably tune out now...

Woke up fairly early to catch a bus to Trakai, a small town about a 30 minute bus ride out of Vilnius. While the earplugs weren't fantastic I think they blocked enough of the cacophony of snores which, combined with my exhaustion, allowed me to get some sleep. After a quick croissant for breakfast, I made my way to the bus station and caught the next bus to Trakai.

... range from neat and tidy chain establishments to people's converted apartments. They can be expensive or dirt cheap, quiet and restrained or noisy and full of drunks. The criteria that's important to me is based mostly on a happy medium between cost and decent ratings. I make a habit of reviewing all the hostels I stay in, simply because it lets other people know where is good and where sucks rotting horses cock.

There have been a few exceptions where I didn't have ...
