    ... before getting the bus the next day. I love Cape Town and spent the evening watching the sun set over table mountain from a restaurant in the Waterfront.     Great for the road. Remember the flask of coffee and enjoy .

    Ingredients. It's a NIgella but adapted to our own taste. I left out the fruit. I also double the quantity and freeze Some. On the road it's o.k if they take a while to defrost.


    397 grams condensed milk (1 can)
