... them. In fact the locals appear to walk a very clear path around them. I have only seen a small handful of cats. It's mostly dogs wandering the streets. Most of the pet dogs on leashes are either small Poodles or Chihuahua's. I have seen one cocker and last night a husky. The strays appear to all be mutts.
